A) Peko inspired pouch- I have handmade a sweet zipper pencil pouch using Japanese kawaii print fabrics, simple floral cotton and wool linen.
A cotton pink ribbon is attached to the left side of the pouch.
The felt appliqué of Peko is hand cut and hand sewn.

Angel Cake Pencil Pouch

I have handmade a sweet zipper pencil pouch using Japanese kawaii print fabrics, simple floral cotton and wool linen, with the help from Lil'Enen.

A cotton pink ribbon is attached to the left side of the pouch.

The felt appliqué of cute cupcake with wings is hand cut and hand sewn and there are embroidery stitches too with word "Angel Cake" for my lil' sis "Angel".

2) I have hand made several sweet tissue using Japanese kawaii print fabrics. They are reinforced with lining inside, and of cos a pack of tissue papers is inside.

Handicraft

Hi - it was rather busy and hectic at work these days.. however, I have tried to make a few handicrafts.. a few pouches, an iphone pouch for sis, a wine bottle holder for a wedding gift and of course, birthday gifts for Xuan and En's birthdays!

Prototype for Lil' Sis Housewarming gifts

I have tried a few ideas for lil sis upcoming housewarming. A cork coaster made into a shape of house.. (not so good as it is time-consuming and she needs 40 pcs.. omg, how can i finish in time), a felt fortune cookie that contains hersey's chocolate.. (not so good as the chocolate will melt).. she called off the idea..

but i told her i really wanted to make something... so I have made the following gifts.

Elmo dress

Here's what I have did this weekend. I have tried to order an Elmo dress online via Singapore Motherhood forum, however, was out of stock. In preparation of dresses for Lilenen's Chinese New Year wear, I was a lil' disappointed.. So, I tried to search on internet to find other ways to buy an Elmo dress.. Saw many images of Elmo's dress and realised.. Hey... I can make one myself.. and... TA DA..
I just sew an Elmo's face on one of the dress I have bought for En and it became an Elmo dress. She was happy and informed she will wear for New Year! Hey! and I was also informed that the 'real' dress can be preordered and will come in end Jan.. double yeahs!
